I bought a house with a spa from Hawaiian Pool and Spa. After 16 years, the heater finally gave out. Hawaiian sent their service technician the very next day and he replaced the heater. Unfortunately another part had corroded and needed to be replaced, but that was not in stock. He ordered it immediately and as soon as it was in stock (four days) he came by and installed it. Unfortunately there was a leak when I attempted to fill the hot tub after he left. He came back the next day even though it was raining, identified the source of the leak (a cracked nut) and fixed it immediately....
