Havertys customer service is non-existent. We have purchased a number of pieces from Havertys, but when we ordered new cushions for our couch, their so-called customer service came through....

We purchase our sofa set here at a very low price. Nonetheless, the quality is more than impressive. I would rate this shop five out five stars without a doubt.

Too focused on making a sale and not on customer service. Nothing in stock, they didn't tell me that until I was given the total amount. I have a pickup and was going to pick it up right then and there. Instead, I had to wait 4 days for it to be delivered.
