My wife ordered and paid for a Halloween costume from this business. She bought the costume to match one that I had purchased from another business for us to attend a Halloween party. The costume did not arrive on time or at all. The staff did not notify us of the delay or unavailability of the item. The staff was indifferent to our issue and appeared not to care. They offered a cheaper option...
