I took my bike here in March for a tune up, since it had been a number of years. They were quick to turn it around, but I did have to bring it back a few times until the gears were working well...

I knew this shop sold GIANT so I called to see if they had a bike in stock I had in mind for my daughter. I let Ross know it was on sale on the manufacturer's website and without hesitation or even double-checking, Ross honored my price. He was both helpful and courteous and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We'll be definitely be back.
