The crew was hardworking, but EVERYTHING was disorganized: unprepared packing, lack of leadership, damage at destination. lost stuff. They also charged me extra to crate up an antique, arrived without the crate, said they would crate it at the warehouse, but it arrived uncrated and damaged. A request for the refund for crating went ignored. The driver had a family event on the weekend so didnt leave for Florida as scheduled - left monday and arrived Tuesday in Cape Coral, FL - obviously broke transport laws. Slept all day instead of working with destination crew, who had to leave several things still packed because it was dark. Terrible job/worst ever! Had to call in more help by 3PM and still didnt finish the job right.
