Great place to live and reasonably priced. The apartments are quiet and neighbors are friendly. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

We moved here based on first appearances.
The landscaping is nice here. Inside the townhouse, though, we noticed a shoddy paint job, among other things. Most of the time the jet noise is tolerable, but it can be relentlessly loud.
The staff are mostly nice, but not always as helpful as they probably could be.
