My Calls and Emails Are Not Returned - What's Going On Here

I have attempted to make a reservation at Harmony Manor for an upcoming weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday.
There has been no follow-up to either my email or phone messages, requesting to book a room.
This is quite strange and is in definite contrast to the favorable experience of others.

What a gem!!! This place is fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. This B&B is beautiful with amazing views. Wish that half-stars were available as this property should rate a 4.5.
Large house with recent (2008) construction but clearly a feeling of a classic
country inn. Everything new and functional but warm and charming.
First of all, don't be concerned that this is not in the "center" of Washington, Va.

Kim Fort's establishment was filled with breathtaking panoramic views, gorgeously appointed decor, cleanliness beyond any B&B I've stayed in and deliciously prepared breakfast food. Most imporantly, her warm and engaging personality was topnotch!
