Not enough staff. Long lines in drive and longer inside. Frustrating when management doesn't see a need. Fast food is supposed to be fast.

Stopped by Hardee's on my way to some volunteer work. Had the ole reliable pork chop and gravy sandwich. Pretty good, very filling.

Food was good when I got it... wait time over 9 minutes in drive thru. No one ahead of me....the poor attitude of the girl with the nose ring.. rude, horrible body language, no thank you. Just bad. Food was good, so thank you cooks. 4 on food 0 on customer service...suggestion, walk over to chick Fila and learn great customer service
