This about all Hardees in Richmond, not just this location. The staff, with some exceptions, always look miserable. They also look, with some exceptions, like they literally just rolled out of bed...

For "fast food", Hardee's has really great burgers and their breakfast is much better than the other fast food places, but this Hardee's has horribly slow service.

Need More Morning Help

I enjoy the breakfast foods at this location. Recently I've been going by several times a week. However, there is not enough help in the mornings to move people through and there is one person in the drive thru, a lady with blond pigtail and cap, that moves like she's got all the time in the world. During the week people are on their way to work and need to has fast service. This location needs more help, this morning there was one person working inside and one in the drive thru and the place was packed, People leave, I've left several times because I can't sit or stand for 10 mintues...
