I have given this location multiple chances and every time I receive the worst customer service and the food tastes horrible. Definitely not up to par with other locations

The ketchup pump never works... not in the dozen of times I have been there. I have gotten my order messed up a couple times.. I order plain sandwiches and burgers but some how receive them all...
