Harbor Tower is like a luxury hotel, with all the amenities, where you don't have to check out the next day. The concierge is attentive, pleasant and helpful in emergency. This is a great place living in a high-rise apartment. You can enjoy spectacular views, tennis courts, pool, saunas, fitness center, and billiards room. The staff and residents are always friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed, but with weight and breed restrictions. It is also in walking distance to Olde Towne Portsmouth and the Elizabeth River ferry picks up just outside the apartments.
