I recently boarded my two dogs at Happy Tails while on vacation. During their stay, a worker noticed blood on one of our dogs and a puncture wound that occurred during social play. We were told in the past that the dogs were supervised while on social play - NOT TRUE because the worker that called us (not a manager or owner), didn't know what happened because the dogs were alone. I do give kudos to the worker that took our dog to the vet and took her back for a second visit while I was still on vacation, however, we received no explanation or even a phone call from the owner or management. One would think that after a dog gets injured and required 3 vet visits and over $400 in care, the manager or owner would make that call. THINK NOT. They do NOT care about your pets. My husband left a message for the manager and since he never called, he had to call him. What a joke. He took no responsibility and showed no concern for our pet at all.
