This is the worst store ever. The fat guy there is like playing god. DONT go. It's not the kind store you can ever believe.
I went to this local store to pick up some replacement part, and was mentally assaulted by the extremely rude & unprofessional salesman when I asked him to check the price first for me. That salesman happened to be claimed the boss by his peers and was like doing me a great favor. It’s like they are the only one doing this plumbing supply business around (maybe this is true and the reason why has this kind attitude). He kept saying "don't waste my time", which totally shocked me. I've never been at store like this one, never met a salesman like this one. I feel really ashamed that our neighbor town has such a misbehaving store doing business around. Just comparing to the HomeDepot across the street really tells you this antique store’s abused attitude to customers is burying its business. Bottom line, DO NOT try this store unless you want to be insulted some ill guy!
This store has always had everything i have needed. They are very helpful and have parts in stock dating back to the 1940's. I like the fact that they are 1 of the few mom and pop stores still around. They have been around since 1923 family owned which is a rare find!!! The people that work there know the products in and out.
