This complex is by far the best community I have ever lived in. The neighbors, maintenance, and leasing staff are very friendly. I love that if I have a problem I can call the manager and get it rectified right away.

Nice place, people are quite. Rent is okay for the area not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

Overall, not a bad place, however not five stars either.

There is a high turn over rate for a reason. The apartments are not good, they smell, nothing works right and noone cleans up after their dogs. Everything is a patch work job and everytime you turn around people move in and then move out. They can not keep good people and its because of the managment. Schools are great but your better off renting a house.

Hanover Crossing Apartments are well managed and the grounds are well kept. You have a maintenance issue, its taken care of right away. Michelle and Linda in the office are friendly and that area is kept neat and clean. Pete and Shanna and other outside staff do a great job and are also friendly.

The area is as crime free as you can get and lots of great shopping and the traffic is not an issue.
