I have never dealt with more incompetence in my life. Tammy was my salesperson and she completely screwed up my order and then I was lied to repeatedly!!! I went to the owner who was also no help. I spent 8000.00 dollars for a floor that was wrong. NEVER buy from these people!! Their customer service is absurd!! I am not a person who writes reviews, but this is my exception!

I was very impressed with this store!The salesman "Jimmy" was very helpful and friendly.I got a great deal on my flooring compared to other stores i went to.The installers did a beautiful job!I would def. recommend this store!
