The service was great! Handyman Connection had no problem working with the insurance company handling my FedEx claim. Which I was impressed with, considering I needed a free estimate. The work was done in a timely manner and the customer service was great. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again for any future needs.

I did not use them for the window repair, because the quote for that was crazy. I did use them for a fence repair, and my posts were not 2 feet in the ground and the quote was for a repair. Stop trying to convince me I need a new fence AFTER you quote a repair. Just do the work. The overall experience was meh and I can't say that I am completely satisfied with the work. Larry was knowledgeable and courteous and did a very good plumbing job. However he did not clean up afterwards and left 3 wads of cotton on the floor that smelled of a chemical. He also left a piece of metal and a couple of dozen bits of black residue in the tub
