Used to be very prompt and professional just a few years ago. They were once my go-to for minor plumbing and electrical work. Now they don t even bother responding to estimate requests and online inquiries.

I had used Handyman Connection about 4 years ago for 2 projects at my home. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

I contacted them again last week, and I was informed that they were under new management, after being closed for some time. The representative eagerly made an appointment, and even put me on hold to verify that the technician would be able to make the appointment. The 9:00 am appointment time came and went. After 30 minutes, I left a message on their voicemal and asked that they call me and let me know what time they could make it, as I had taken the day off work so I...

No-call & no-show

I called the 800 number on their website, set up an appointment for an in-home estimate, and no one ever showed up to my house or even called me. I tried calling them an hour before the scheduled appointment time to see if they could come early, no one answered the phone so I left a message but no one ever returned my call. No-show + no-call = No business from me and a bad review for them.
