Shop "overlooked" bent suspension control arms in an alignment service. How do you "not notice" that the wheel is in the wrong place?? AVOID THIS SHOP.

Mr. Augustus car was repaired correctly according to industry standard. I have documentation from the BBB where he filed a complaint and I responded. The BBB found no fault with our business practice and legal standing. Mr. Augustus is upset becuase we repaired his car and let him take it without paying the bill. (our mistake) Then he avoided payment and tried to coerce me to post date bills so...
