Great service but sushi should be served cold

My family wanted sushi tonight and decided to try Hana Sushi. We ordered a mix of sushi between us and surprisingly it came out within about 10 minutes. The sushi, though well prepared, was actually a little warm or at room temperature. This is the first time I have not had cold sushi anywhere, even here previously. Hopefully an update...

If you like to have a show while your waiter is cooking your food, this is the place for you. Watch your food being prepared in front of your eyes. The food is great tasting, and you always have plenty so you don't leave still feeling hungry.

We go regularly, the food is excellent, large portions, and they'll prep it for you right in front of you, which provides great entertainment. We love it.
