It was quiet. Front desk help was pleasant.\n\nPool was cloudy, hot tub was not hot, queen room does not have large tub pictured, sheets were grungy, towels stained, bed uncomfortable. Smell of smoke throughout hotel was gross

The staff was very friendly and the manager was understanding.\n\nThe hotel smelled like stale smoke when you walked in. The refrigerator was unplugged and when I opened it the nauseating smell spread across the room. the front desk solution was to give me a can of febreeze and tell me to open the window.

Stayed in room 213..full of bedbugs.Stayed two nights then left because we were covered in biytes.Don't stay there it's a shithole!No refund given.They tried to say we broughtthem 28th us.We stayed there on 9/9/2

Easy location. Staff was friendly and courteous. The elevator is a plus to get to 2nd floor with baggage.\n\nEverything was good during our overnight stay.\n\nAlthough it is not close to the beach, it is easy to find and decent pricing. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It is quiet. I would recommend it.

When visiting Hampton, Hampton Village Resort is a great choice to consider. The indoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at PEKING CHINESE, which serves Chinese cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. A spa tub and a sauna are offered, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
