I brought a tire here to get mounted. Everyone was nice and friendly, and quickly assisted me. After they took my rim in the back to grind off some of the sharp metal from the rim being on the road, my fiance and I waited. 15-20 minutes went by before the older guy came back stating that he wanted to show us something. There was a bubble in the tire and blamed it on the rim. I had the spare in its place, and drove around yesterday.
Between yesterday and today, I've asked several other businesses and people who know about cars, every single person said there was no way it was the rim!
I brought it back to Hampton Roads Tire Service to show them what I found out and all I got were threats and a lecture!! He threatened to call the police and have them charge me with reckless driving when I had to use that tire when my donut blew out! Thing is, he pumped up thr donut!! He said we can go to court over this but you'll lose and threatened to call the police again! I tried to tell him it was his fault and his equipment but he said "I've been doing this for 35 years and I know what I'm talking about!" Then I tried to state my case that I had a perfectly good tire and rim when I walked in here, now my tire is ruined and he just walked back inside! I've never seen anyone so rude!!
Don't ever bring your business here, there are much better places in the Hampton Roads area to go than here.

This is by far the worst business I've ever dealt with!!! They took a perfectly good tire that I bought across the street and managed to destroy the bead...
