Prompt initial contact and meeting set-up to discuss project. Found owner customer-centered and willing to go the extra mile to both fix the problem and negotiate a reasonable price. Was kept informed if delays expected; staff was professional and cleaned up after projected was completed. Most strongly recommend!

They were so incredibly friendly and their prices were cheaper than others. And! They offered to provide a door for a fee or I could go get a door myself. I chose to get a door myself and, of course, I got the wrong size (silly me). They took my receipt and the door back to the store and exchanged it for me! They fixed several things that weren't on my quote free of charge. They were courteous...
