During a 3 day stay over a weekend, staff missed my room completely on one of the days and didn't make my bed on another day. Breakfast was very good and staff very pleasant and helpful.

The free Internet, if you can get it to work, keeps timing you out... like every 10 minutes. Really annoying. I was there for 4 nights and had to drive to Starbucks in Hanover to check my mail, send messages and/or get any real work done online. Might as well have stayed in Hanover. And if you like to watch movies in the evening, forget the Hampton; only 2 or 3 movie channels, the worst. I'll...

We chose this hotel for my husband's Vermont 100 mile race. Drive to the race was about 20 minutes. The area felt safe for the family, and a quick drive to restaurants. Room was clean and comfy. This is an excellent hotel. It is clean, quiet, and had wonderful comfortable beds. The wifi is a bit tricky to use and took a few minutes to get going with it on all of our devices. There is a sign in for the wifi, but it is free. A card with directions helps to connect if you're having troubles so that helped.
