Great stopover on the way to OBX

My wife and I stopped here for a night on the way to OBX. the hotel is very nice, room was big and clean, everyone was friendly. Very convenient too, right on route 13.

we always stay at this Hampton Inn on our way to OBX. We put our stuff in the room and went out looking around. When we returned in the early evening we discovered the toilet had never been cleaned, and it really needed cleaned. On our way out to dinner I stopped at the desk and complained to the desk clerk. Told her that they should be ashamed to rent a room like that. She apologized and we...

We stayed there after the tornado happened at Cherrystone Campground. We were pleased to see that a collection for those campers was in progress. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.
