We received a very warm welcome from the desk clerk before proceeding to our large comfortable room. After a bitter cold day touring the Biltmore Estate, the hot chocolate and coffee available in the lobby were the perfect start to a much needed relaxing evening. I requested a non smoking room. I can not express how disappointed I was that it was a smoking room. I am place much of the blame on the travel company I used.
