Great Experience

One of the best experiences I've had at any hotel. The room was a little cramped, but it's Manhattan! The complimentary breakfast was great and definitely added to the value of the room. The staff was more friendly here than any hotel I've ever stayed at.

Great place, perfect location

This hotel is perfectly located in mid town, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean, neat, great staff, with a breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water are always on. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was no problem, bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and we had ample blankets, pillows and bathroom supplies. Easily recommend!

One of the best hotels in NYC: price, location, service, all rate highest.

The name alone gives you confidence. We had stayed at a Hampton Inn in Sarasota and in St Augustine, FL. Our first trip to NYC - in the middle of winter - my wife's first vacation - had to be special. Justo Kunhardt We visited this hotel from january 6 to 9 2019; and when we arrived, we have forggoten a bag in the lobby with personal items and someone took it in front of 2 cameras and 2 employees.After 3 day to ask the manager to check the cameras. This is not a great hotel, but the location can't be beat

The rooms are on the small side, understand that. However, most days the price is outstanding when you look where you are and what you get. In the morning, just go down and bring what you want to eat, up to your room. Not much room to sit down. However, the location is seconds from Penn that has just about every subway line you will need, or it will bring you to it. As the saying goes, location...
