Room air conditioning that does not cool. Toilets that continually flushed all night. The bed mattress was so broken down, the hotel should have paid me for staying there. Whomever is responsible for room condition at this hotel is doing a VERY POOR JOB!
Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel is old and parking is sketchy at night. The lobby does not offer the traditional store inside so late night snacks are out of the question unless you leave the hotel. I would stay at a newer location and drive the few extra miles. Rooms need a little updating.
Not "posh" but the room was very clean,included fridge and microwave and nicely furnished. The breakfast was better than most hotels of this level and offered many hot items. The staff kept it replenished during breakfast service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Actually wanted to be close to Dallas Love airport but were able to Uber there for reasonable cost....
Not the nicest of Hampton Inns. It appears this was another brand purchased by Hampton Inn. This is an old property. Treadmill in exercise room was out of order. Morning staff seemed friendly - check-in staff was not welcoming. Parking availability was not the best.
