We stayed at the hotel next door on our way to OK and it was a dump. On our return trip we were looking for something better but still affordable. This hotel is $8 more and 100% nicer. It's clean, the room is modern and quiet, and they accept dogs.
Stayed there in October of 2015. Our return visit in April 2016 was decidedly worse. Hallways were dirty, stairwell to 2nd floor was filthy. Only one receptacle worked to charge items. Other two wouldn't hold plugs. Bathroom was ok but overall room was tolerable at best.
This place was a disaster from the very moment I checked in. As I walked up to the front door of the hotel, there was trash and cigarette butts littering the exterior of the hotel. I checked in to find no toilet paper in my room. I found this out a bit too late and it quickly became very inconvenient....
OVERALL CLEANLINESS WAS OK. My main concern was the entry to the stairs had multiple gas cans in it and was reaking of gas odors. This concerned me a bit and was also hard to breath in as walking to the 2nd floor. I don't know why they would have full gas cans available for anyone to have access to....
