I bought a new van thinking I would have no problems or very little problems...only to have life long problems with the auto doors, and a van that burns 4 qts of oil in 1200 miles...they have no fix for this! They are not a good dealership!! What happened to quality in American products????

Our experience with Hall Virginia Beach Dodge has been a nightmare. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealer, go to the service waiting area and ask some of the customers how they feel about Hall Dodge. I guarantee you will get an earful and you won't hear anything good about after purchase service. Many people you will meet in the waiting area are having multiple problems...

Hall Dodge refuses to make repairs under warranty, still trying to avoid warranty repairs by covering up problems, telling consumers that they haven't seen this problem before and that they supposedly "cannot duplicate" obvious issues to assist DaimlerChrysler (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep) in reducing warranty costs. I Picked up a $28,000 msrp Dodge caravan Loaded for under 20k WOW and they got me .9% financing through chrysler financal. which saved me even more. These people are not pushy, just obsessed on geting you into the vehicle you need or really really want...just dont ask to drive the VIPER.
