You would think that people who do grooming would be kind and loving people? This is not the case at this place. They have no customer service skills nor do they have allegiance to repeat customers.

I love Hair of the Dog SPA. I have been bring my dogs since they first opened. Dogs are happy there and look and smell so good when I pick them up. Can't imagine taking them anywhere else.
