first of all, all I wanted was a SIMPLE razor cut down to my shoulders. styling. no blow drying. what did they do? used regular scissors, blow dried, then preceeded to use a curling iron to curl the ends of my hair in! I looked like a little girl in third grade! i went directly home to straighten my hair! oh, and btw, they also cut my vangs too short. I had hair in my eyes for weeks!
