I was very excited about getting my hair done at this establishment. I went in for a haircut and the stylist was done within 10 minutes. The service was very rushed and the haircut was messy. I had long hair and wanted a cute pixie cut. Not at all what I expected from a place this popular. Don't waste your money …

So very disappointed. Called in an appt. Whomever took the appt scheduled the date for 2 months months later. Not the correct date. I'm busy just like everyone else and don't have time for this....
