Dr. Hackworth patiently listen to ALL my symptoms and plotted a plan of action,however, he was not as available for a thorough post procedure conference as I would have expected. I initiated the conversation concerning results from recent procedures, and pain management thereafter.

Appointments were scheduled so far out, I had to reiterate the need for urgency in scheduling
