Totally incompetent -- Sun Cab will let you down.

Two days prior to needing a ride to airport (with two children), I booked Sun Cab with the Taxi Magic app. Received confirmation email.

When cab was 10 minutes late, I called sun cab -- dispatcher told me to wait "a while" and see if someone showed up.

10 minutes later I called again, explaining that we were running out of time. ...

You can't always count on a cab to be clean, much less get a cab driver who is friendly. I was running late to the airport and the taxi driver was so helpful loading me up and getting to the airport as quickly as possible. It...
