I just completed my first week of boot camp and I really like the different routines so you never get bored. I also like that everyone is so encouraging which is exactly what I needed. I love the 6am class, you get your workout in early and you have the rest of your day.

I just found Gunn's Fitness a little over a month ago. I'm starting out a lower fitness level than most gym-goers, and Gunn's has been perfect because I can always modify exercises if I need to, work at my own pace when I need to, and the trainers and the clients are supportive and encouraging. I've already seen a lot of improvement in just one month and am excited to see what the new month...
