This is a bad and unprofessional company!! The property manager at Park Villas Apt, Vanessa B, sleeps with the tenants. They need to find a new property manager because she is making the property look extremely bad!

Tracey Rubin at GM was quick to have an overpriced unsatisfactory company called ServePro come do cleanup after the tenants across the hall from me had a grease fire in their condo. There was no fire damage but the ceiling sprinklers flooded indoor hallways on my floor and floors, below. We've used Guantee Management for since the building opening 3 years ago. GM tried to give themselves a raise without the board's approval so we want to get rid of them. Besides that, they ran us into a huge deficit and tried to keep is a secret for as long as possible.

We are going with company that's charging us half the money. The new compnay told us they already have taken over...
