Urgent care is a joke here. Why even take patients to then tell them we can't see you and send them on a scavenger hunt to their "assigned" appointment time and then to not put the patient down in the computer to then have to have the patient wait for a Dr that may possibly be able to see you. This has happened to me twice and It's frustrating. I pay copay and health insurance don't I deserve...

Hey, Group Health... If someone comes into your Urgent Care facility with acute abdominal pain late at night, don't admit them, give them a bracelet, make them wait 25 minutes writhing in pain on the waiting room floor, have them pee in a cup and then say "We can't treat you because we close in 5 minutes...you should drive to the Tacoma facility" (30 minutes away). I do believe they call that...
