I had Griggs install tile in my kitchen. Based on the work I would give them 3/5. However, their service is THE WORST I've ever dealt with. I was unhappy with one place in tiling and even gave in detail in beginning that the tile work was to cover ugly wall. Didn't complete work as I wish, didn't give me a discount OR offer to redo. Berry Payne is the worst customer service representative...
