I went to the office of Dr. Jellenek & Associates after being referred by a friend and found the doctor and staff outstanding. We had orginally had problems having our insurance verified at previous appointments at other pratices and the young lady at the front desk was very knowledgable and had it done in no time. The docotor that we saw that day was kind and patient with my son and both of us have since gotten our glasses and have referred many other people that we know. My daughter and I were seen at Greggory P. Jellenek, OD & Assoc.
Both my daughter and I received incorrect prescriptions. My daughters prescription is simple and hard to mess up. We are unhappy with the service because we believe the prescriptions were incorrect.
