Its like going back to your high school gym to work out. Most of the equipment is 1980's, but the atmosphere is laid-back and pleasant. More middle aged folks and a lot of people trying to get back in shape. Its not a hipster place to meet a lot of gym bunnies. I like being able to work out without having the stress of having to act cool, etc.
