I put in my information on the website and it told me they were looking for contractors to fill my order. After 4 hours I used the live chat feature and was told that my address is not in their service area. As a result I wasted time that could have been spent finding someone who could actually do the job. Ridiculous -- the website should be smart enough to know if my address is in the service...

I've used them twice and will continue to use them because of the great experiences I've had. The site is very easy to use. Plug your address into their system and you start getting bids within hours. Love that it's easy to book, which was my biggest pain of dealing with a lawn guy.Once your lawn is done, you get a photo of the cut. Only then do you pay.

Needed to trim the shrubs and get a good cut in for the final time this year at my rental. I put in a description of my lawn and location and had a bid within a day. The lawn service company was there as advertised and did a good job. My tenants were happy and therefore so was I. This is a great service for time starved individuals.

One of my friends told me about GreenPal. It's a local startup company and basically it's a website that connects lawns with lawnmowers. Sort of like Angie's List but local and just for lawns and without the Angie's List membership fee so basically it's actually not like Angie's List at all....
