My husband and I have lived at Greenbrier Woods for 3 years now and we couldn't be happier! Everyone is so friendly here .. from our great neighbors to the office staff that know us by name. The maintenance staff here is extraordinary! If you are looking for a great place to live look no further.. we highly recommend Greenbrier Woods.

I have been at Greenbrier Woods for a year now...
Things I Like:
1) Convenient to shops, resturaunts, and all points.
2) Pet Friendly
3) Maintanince Problems always answered with in a Day - usually just a few hours.
4) Plesant gals working in the front office.
5) Regular landscaping done
6) Staff is never watching you, too nosey or harassing you - which I have seen at other complexes.

I love the three people in the office; they are kind and understanding. I haven't had a problem here yet. I pay $945 for a one bedroom and I think I'm getting a good deal. It has a great stove and oven and new carpet and a new paint job.

I have been a resident here for less than a year and I have to say I have never been fed so many lies by anyone as I have the manager here at this place. Not only does she lie everytime I have talked to her but she also wants to disrespect you by calling you names like honey, sweetie and other non-professional names. I don't think someone in a management postion should refer to their customers...

Moved out in september...still have not received deposit....keep getting excuses as to why...hired someone to do move out clean ....they tried to say that the apt wasn't clean....still will not provide me with itemized list as promised on lease as to what my deposit went to...
