I would call them Carrier con artists. They will add stuff to your bill before you can blink your eyes. Watch out for these people. We had our system put in two years ago and they have had to service it three times already for wires not connected or switches not right, etc.. under warranty and we get charged extra fees for something totally unexplainable on the bill. I don't trust their...
