worst customer service experience I've ever had. Our truck was totaled by a drunk driver while parked in front of our house, and 9 days later we still have no answers about our claims, our adjuster NEVER answers my calls, and when I call requesting to speak with a human being about my claim I""m placed on hold for 15 minutes or more. I am cancelling as soon as my claim is processed and will never go back to this company. TERRIBLE service, not worth the difference in price on my premium.

I have full coverage, at all times...I Recently had a claim with this company, and before they even investigated my claim.. the adjuster said.Sorry , but I dont think we can help you...Im guessing because I just changed insurance..Only because the rates were better......

+ no claims in 15 years

- now that I have one, they wont cover
