Great bridge vet advertises that they provide dog training and/or that there is a trainer there and that is entirely false, there is no one there that actually provides dog training classes nor do they provide that service with any boarding dogs. They advertise about how great their boarding services are yet the services they provide is bare bones and they charge extra for services they don't provide (ex: pets with upgrades do not actually receive the kongs or rawhides they were promised to have daily and there are multiple other things they don't actually get even though the client is charged extra for it). They also advertise cardiology services even though none of the vets there are board certified cardiologist nor have the vets there received extra training in cardiology. The vets there are great but the management does a lot of false advertising and clients who board their pets there don't receive many of the services that their owners have paid extra for and the clients are never told that they actually don't get those services even though they're listed on the different upgrade packages. I feel like that isn't right and is very misleading and dishonest.
Great first visit with Maisy. Short wait and staff seemed very kind to Maisy.
I like this clinic because they work with you within your budget. They don't shame you if you have let some things slack as far as vet care. They are thorough and caring. They explain things in a way you can understand. They give you options. There is always a follow up call to check up on your pet.

Only complaint was ALL THE ONLINE PAPERWORK AND QUESTIONS. Took me a couple of hours, since it was our first visit.
Everything was accomplished that was scheduled and the doctor contacted me to discuss a new possible treatment. Outstanding communication as usual!
