Pushed high price product when I asked for economy.

I asked for economical lenses and was promptly offered top of the line digital lenses. I asked for lees expensive lenses but was offered another slightly less costly digital lens. Obviously the emphasis was on selling, not filling my needs. They did not respond to the emails I sent from their "Contact Us" on their web site either. They offered no discount. Everyplace I've ever bought glasses from offers one. I got what I needed from another company nearby that satisfied my financial limits.

While everyone was very nice, what really stood out was the time Dr. Holcomb took to describe ( using the dry erase board :) ), why what he proposed to change, would be likely to work. This is how healthcare should be.

Dr Holcomb fit our four year old in first thing on a Monday morning to appease a very worried mom. They were all great with her and would recommend in a heart beat!
