I ordered carpet early March/2012 - put a $900 down payment...then carpet i was told over and over again.... back ordered for months. finally told it was in and then set up appt. june 4th for installation. checked w/jeff the friday before to make sure someone was to come to install monday as i had to get someone to remove...

I had tile, carpet and granite done and they did an amazing job. Jeff and his staff were accommodating and professional the whole step of the way. I felt I was given a great price, staff came on time and answered all my questions throughout the process.

Very disappointed with the installation of my hardwood floors. Floor was extremely dirty when the installer left. Crew swept the floor a couple of times but did not clean up the residue left by the wood adhesive cleaner. Boot prints were everywhere, and the floor was filthy. Called the project manager to express my discontent. Tried to escalate to owners but calls were left unreturned. Took 5...

I waited two weeks for custom ordered marble tile, store told me I would get it in two days. After two weeks the tile I got was not anything near what I ordered. THe tile came in and it was broken and glued back together.
I paid 8.99 per piece.
Do not do business with these folks they are dishonest. If I had not kep the original piece of tile I took home from the store I would not have seen...
