This is a family owned, wonderful natural food store. All of the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are ready to help you with any and all questions and concerns!The prices are comparable to other area natural food stores.My husband and I are frequent customers and have always walked out of the store happy with the information that has been provided for us!

I can agree the staff is terrific. Prices are within range of others. There is not as much food as there are supplements & health & beauty aids. The focus seems more on the later. Good place to go for such things rather than GNC etc. The bulk grains are prepackaged & priced. No fresh food. I understand, it is available elsewhere. Just change the name to reflect reality.
