I love my community. You would never know its affordable housing because it is friendly, clean and well maintained. the a parments have all the features you expect in an upscale convential apartment.

I have been living at Grand Oaks for a about a year now. I am very happy here. They have a beautiful pool and the grounds are beautiful. They have an outstanding maintainence staff that resonds to all requests within 24 hours, and the staff in the office are always very helpful. I couldent be more pleased.

the management loses your paperwork, talk to you rudely and don't understand how to be polite. if you need to talk to the manager, forget about it. all she does is stays in her office or tells the other two office staff (who don't know what they are doing) what to tell you through her door.

when they are trying to move you in, they don't follow up, you have to call them a thousand times and...

If you want a nice place to live, don't move here. Come and see it for yourself. The trash area looks like something from a 3rd. world country. They do not keep the area clean. The office people suck, and are very little help. Pet policy and fees are way too much.The grounds are the only thing that they keep up with.
