I know they have had a few hiccups but not as bad as you are complaining about. If you are so unhappy there why do you contiune to live at Grand Cypress.

I have lived here for a year. The property is wonderful, but the management changed in 2008. They are nonresponsive and the property manager would rather accomdate a stranger than a tenant. Also be prepared to negotiate your rent, because every tenant pays differently.

The area is lovly.

I lived here for 4 years. The management was always responsive. Cannot beat the nieghborhood or views. The amount of space for price is great. The water sewage trash and cable is included in rent. When I was overseas and needed to come back to a place, the manager reserved one for me without a deposit. The safety here is unbeatable. Beware that there is no grace period for your rent. If it is not in the office on the 1st, they will hound you until they get their late fees. It's fine if you live and work solely in town but those who travel must make arraignments to have that check in the office on the 1st. I wish they were so persistent about making repairs in a timely manner.
